THIS IS NOT ABANDONED PROPERTY

Under this Heavy-Duty Poly-Tarp plastic covering is my hotdog cart.
Model “Cash Cow” — which it was not.
This Property is NOT Lost or Mislaid.
Or Unclaimed in any other fashion.

I (the owner) do NOT intentionally relinquish my Rights to its (said hotdog cart’s) Control.
Also, this is not an Unused Asset and should not be Presumed as such.
True, I cannot use it For Now, but things might change in Future. Might.
I’d really appreciate if you did not Vandalise It (said hotdog cart).

I’m no poet (I make dogs) but — Unfortunately — I have some sentimental Traits.
So I beg of you, consider this Object as Me.
In a temporary state of Suspension of Intended Functioning.
Things have pushed me to this (said) State.
Well. Enough of this [melodrama].

Again, please leave this Professionally Shielded (said) hotdog cart Undisturbed.
Nothing of ANY interest to you is in it.
Perhaps half a dozen Chicago Pretzels (I might have forgotten them in the lower tray).
But then HEY — they’re probably gone by now.
BELIEF OF ABANDONMENT — don’t even go there.

And would somebody PLEASE
Fill in that Open Trench already?
